Eligible: 

• Multiple entry visa

• 3-month visa validity after issued

• 30 days allowable stay upon entering Cambodia and can be extended

• Traveler must hold diplomatic passport

Requirement:

1.  Visa Application Form (Download Application Form Here)​

• Completed and signed Visa Application Form (1 copy)

• Enclosed with one photo of passport standard (4x6 size) recently taken or at least in last 6 months

   2. Original Passport 

• Validity: At least 6 months remaining before entering Cambodia

• Passport page: at least 2 blank pages remaining

   3. Supporting document

• Official letter/note from relevant Department/Diplomatic Mission

• Address and contact number in Cambodia

• Covid-19 vaccination card or certificate (Optional)

   4. Applicant(s) travelling with dependent(s)   

• Official letter/note shall include the name of dependent(s)

• Copy of parent’s marriage certificate or proofing documents  

• Copy of childbirth certificate.

   5. No visa fee

   6. Processing time

• 3 to 5 working days

   7. Prepaid return (express) envelop

• (Express) return envelope with a tracking number is recommended.​

• Provide (shipped-back) prepaid return envelope that billed to your DHL account or credit card

• DHL waybill slip
