Eligible: ​

• Passport was damaged or lost

• Passport is expired or validity less than 6 months that unable to travel

• Unable to travel back to Cambodia to obtain a new passport yourself; third party "Friend, or relative" in Cambodia can obtain a new passport on your behalf .

Note: Passport can only be renewed in Cambodia

Requirement:

  1. Application form​ (Download Application Form Here)

   2. Attach two standard Australian passport photos

• Recent at least six months passport picture​. Trim off white area of the photo .

   3. Copy of Australian Visa

   4. Copy of Cambodian Birth Certificate (Certified copied from original documents)

   5. Copy of Cambodian passport (Certified copied only the bio page from original passport)

   6. Information of authorised person (Copied of Identification Card or Copied of Passport) 

   7. Fee

• Payment shall be in Cash/Bank Cheque/Money Order (Recipient : Royal Embassy of Cambodia)

   8. Processing time

• 3 to 5 working days

   9.  Prepaid return (express) envelop

• (Express) return envelope with a tracking number is recommended.​

• Express post envelope (Yellow Envelope) with tracking number.

• (Shipped back) Applicant need to provide a self address prepaid Express Envelope and be sure to retain tracking number. ​

*** For New Zealand or outside Australia Visa applicant

• Kindly send it through DHL

• Provide (shipped-back) prepaid return envelope that billed to your DHL account or credit card

• DHL waybill slip
